Timber....

We moved into our home in May 2008 and always said "someday we will have that tree removed"...well that someday came mid-July 2009. Our neighbor was having three of his pine trees cut down and asked his tree guy to give us a quote to take down our tree. Jorge ended up quoting us $330 to cut down our ugly pine tree, ground out the stump and put sod down. SOLD!

I think it really makes a difference.
